IOT Product Enclosure Box

This project showcases the design of a manufacturing-ready industrial electronics enclosure developed with real production constraints in mind. The enclosure features a sealed two-part housing with an integrated perimeter O-ring for environmental protection, standardized cable-gland interfaces for clean wiring, and internal mounting structures that support repeatable assembly and service access. Geometry, wall thickness, fastener placement, and internal clearances were optimized for manufacturability, allowing the design to transition smoothly from CAD to prototyping or production with minimal rework.
